Key Career Phases

Early Career: Foundations & Exploration

As a Digital Product Design Lead at my first job, I had the rare opportunity to help build the company's digital presence from the ground up—an invaluable experience for someone just starting out. This role pushed me to think fast, prioritize effectively, and pay close attention to detail. More importantly, it taught me to see digital technology not just as a tool but as a driver of growth, efficiency, and exceptional user experiences. This early foundation shaped the way I approach technology and leadership today—focusing on building scalable, functional, secure, and user-centered digital solutions that create real impact.

Mastering Digital Transformation: Strategy & Impact

My most significant achievement in digital transformation at Wondros wasn’t just about building systems—it was about fostering a culture of innovation, trust, and collaboration. Leading the execution of several large-scale digital products for a major government account, I also built and developed the agency’s digital product technology team from the ground up. Along the way, I successfully implemented cybersecurity frameworks, agile methodologies, and cloud-based infrastructures and optimized the tech stack to enhance performance and security. These initiatives didn’t just strengthen our digital capabilities—they helped create new job opportunities, drive business growth, and establish a more scalable, resilient digital team.

Breaking Into Leadership: Building & Scaling

My first major experience leading and building a large-scale system came during my time at Creative Origins, where I developed a complex digital platform for a technology company working on a community/social platform called Healthy Dare. The platform allowed users to challenge others with health-focused dares, rewarding successful completions with money or gifts. Taking this project from concept to a fully functional site, I led a team of creatives and developers, ensuring an engaging user experience and a seamless, intricate payment backend system. This project was a turning point in my career—it reinforced my ability to translate ideas into scalable digital solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and architect complex systems that blend creativity, functionality, and secure transactions.

Looking Ahead: Innovation & Future Thinking

I’m most excited about t AI, cybersecurity, and human-centered digital transformation—how we can harness automation, cloud computing, and scalable infrastructures to create secure, adaptive, and intuitive digital experiences. But technology alone isn’t enough—it takes strong leadership to cultivate teams that embrace change, collaborate effectively, and drive meaningful innovation. What drives me isn’t just keeping pace with advancements but actively shaping them—leading initiatives that empower organizations, foster growth, and build technology designed to last and evolve.
