Overview

Sonim Technologies provides cutting-edge communication solutions, specializing in rugged push-to-talk devices and mobile resource management applications. As a Digital Product Strategist & Director of Digital Experience, I led the complete redesign and development of Sonim Technologies’ global website and e-commerce platform. This transformation enhanced brand consistency, optimized user engagement, and strengthened global partner connectivity, reinforcing Sonim’s competitive edge in the communications industry. 

Challenges

  • Outdated Website & E-Commerce Platform – The previous website lacked modern design principles, had poor navigation, and did not align with Sonim’s evolving brand identity.

  • Limited Global Reach – The platform was not fully optimized for international accessibility, making it difficult for global partners and customers to engage.

  • User Experience Issues – The site lacked a user-centric approach, causing friction in product discovery and partner connectivity.

  • Inconsistent Brand Representation – The absence of cohesive branding, product photography, and style guides led to an inconsistent customer experience.

To address these challenges, I executed a three-phase digital transformation strategy, ensuring a seamless blend of technology, design, and user experience.
